The only load data for that bullet is for the 6.5x55 Swede.
Maybe they made it for looser military bores, but it will generate more pressure with that larger diameter.
There are benchrest shooters who use custom bullets with slightly larger diameters so they get better accuracy, but that doesn't seem to be the intent with this bullet.
There is something they felt needed to be addressed with 6.5x55 by going with a .001" larger bullet.
