Alexander Arms vs. Precision Fire Arms

i have a neptune 3 from precision arms..it shoots well although 1 round at a time because of ejection problems..i had a lower on order and cancelled because of lack of interest/follow-up on my upper problem,,i'm now sorting that out myself..when i cancelled i was told no problem because they are so backed up on orders,,but no mention of my upper..now i'll build my own or find a smaller company that's not too busy to remember customer service..remember this is just my experience,maybe i fell through the cracks..if they are that busy they must have happy customers...F\S
