Happy. Apparently, you failed to say a lot of things. We can't read your mind. Nor, can we get from the printed word the implied meaning behind a sentence without context. Neither of which were offered. Yes, I missed your point.
Here was my thought: Why would someone make that statement to a new reloader? What is that guy going to think? What benefit would there be in chambering fired brass? Verificaction; of what? This poor dude could be getting off on the wrong tangent here, from information offered on this site. What kind of advice is this? Surely he doesn't mean to just skip sizing all together... no way.
Sorry if I jumped a bit early, but some context or explanation - especially when answering reloading questions - is necessary. Folks don't ask questions about things they understand. Bits and pieces of information can be dangerous especially considering the explosive nature of manufacturing rifle cartridges.
Your comment is valid, it can be done; Considering the fact that OP states his sized brass could not, it also has merit. However, there's a difference between explaining something and simply stating the obvious.
