OP - if you're getting your brass into and out of your sizing die without hiccups, then it should chamber. Easily. If not, there's something else at play. LRRPF has already posted a bit about shoulder bump. If you're not able to plunk your brass into and out of your chamber after you re-size, then something's amiss. Either the press is not holding things correctly, pressing them together and pulling them apart correctly, or your rifle chamber is out of spec. A chamber check would perhaps be an assist in diagnosis, but isn't completely necessary.
If your press won't cam over, then back out the die, run the ram all the way up, turn your die down to the shell plate. Take the ram down, run the die another 1/8-1/3 in, and tighten it down. Run your ram. It should cam over. If it doesn't, back the die out ever so slightly until it will. That will take the guess work out of ensuring you're getting the case as far into the die as it should go.
