Best scope for bolt Howa

I recently picked up the same rifle. I'm also trying to decide what glass it's going to wear. I've found a couple of local good deals on Leopold VX3 2.5-8x33, and a VX 3i 3.5-10x40 w/B&C reticle. Im trying to decide between one of these, or pulling the VX2 3-9x40 off of my ugly old Ruger All Weather .223

Option three is definitely the most cost effective, but I hate to pull a scope from a rifle that is sighted in and shooting tiny 100yd groups. Especially with springtime rock chuck shooting just around the corner.


What I would really like is a fixed 6x with a bdc reticle calibrated for the Grendel, but as far as I know, this doesn't exist.
