Reprogramming my charge master drop cycles and adding the brass insert went a long way to improving its drop accuracy, much fewer over charges.

Fore more accurate loads have the chargemaster dump a couple tenths short, transfer to an accurate scale and trickle the rest in on a more accurate scale like a good balance or some of the ones suggested. For precision loads I use an old balance beam scale.

I do know one custom ammo manufacture that uses a scale accurate to .02 grains or about 1 kernel of extruded powder for his manufactured load.
