Les Baer makes, or sells, good barrels, I have three of them and they all are top notch. If you go with AA get the better barrels, in current offerings that means Shilien. If you do that then there is very little differnce. I have both .295 and .300 necks and both throat configurations. It is all much to do about nothing. A .300 neck will shoot .15" groups at 100 yards. Your goals are sub MOA, either will do this easily.
