I've sized a number of jacketed and lead bullets of both rifle and pistol varieties. I even test most all my bullets in a bullet box where I would see jacket separation or other weirdness. Going on 9 years and haven't seen it happen yet. I did cut a cannelure a bit too deep once, but no crazy speculative bullet failures to date.
