A 358 Yeti is a cut down then necked down .308 case similar to what can be done to a .223 case to make 300 Blackout. The Yeti round is short enough to function in a single stack in an AR15 magazine and uses a .308 sized bolt face in an AR15 sized bolt and carrier. Thanks for correcting me. Sorry for the misinformation folks. There is/was a grendel version with a catchy name but I can’t remember it to save my life. I guess the 9mm x 39 will have to work for now.
