If I were to buy this barrel for howa , what other jobs needs to be done additionally at gun Smith ?
sorry aA5 , don't mean to highjack your thread , but I'm also interested in this too . Just not sure how much it's going to cost at the end .
As long as the barrel profile and muzzle area is as you want then all a Smith has too do is install and headspace.
I looked at those but my money is going either into a Krieger are bartlein barrel. Most likely a bartlein.
Just got to find one with a 7.5 twist with 5r rifleing and get it cut threaded and profiled to match up to my oem barrel profile.
Then I can install, headspace it myself.
