That photo shows a temp set up. I just received my Warne QD rings and a Badger 22moa raiser. The scope is an old 5-15X56 Hakko I had around, saving for a Nightforce, and saving, and saving... Hakko made the Springfield M1A scopes, this one is their house brand and is slightly different, nice scope just a little long in the tooth, like me.
My goal is a 600yd sage rat rifle. A friend has a large piece of land in SE Orygun with a good population of these critters, makes a good weekend trip that can turn into a week.
The hand guard is from MI, a 15" SS series. It's light and you use modular rails that bolt to the tube. I have the sling mount and bi-pod stud rails mounted. This really helps with the weight. I contacted MI when I first had this canting problem and they immediately sent me a new package in case it was a problem with their parts. I can't say enough good things about MI customer service, above and beyond IMHO.
The Brake is a WCI, still available from A Arms.
I picked up five boxes of Wolf Gold for shake down and function checking and five of Hornady 123's. Still need to order dies and components.
