Try Otis dry lube, then a barely a contact with Slip 2000 on a Q Tip to all contact surfaces- bolt and carrier- and all other parts.
It's My cold weather routine. 0°- + 25° F. Learn to take the BCG apart, degrease all surfaces. Check for any burrs, flaws as you disassemble the bcg. Scrape off the carbon on the tail.
