You need a chrony, especially when working 123's with 8208XBR, it tends to pressure spike quickly at the higher end. Plus if you have designs of 2650 from your 20" .... well I'd just warn that you should lower your expectations a bit, low 2500's, maybe range 2475-2520, is probably where your 123's will top out. Start low, don't shoot for the moon.
