Those look circumferential, not spiral, the "spiral" had me confused... seems to me they could come from excess nitride-nubs (burrs) inside the throat, scratching during the bolt lockup, not during insertion. There has been some recent history of nitride-artifacts from some mfrs, scratching up cases/bullets.
