nodak; POF-USA makes a bolt action upper called the 'revolt'. Edit; also uintah precision makes the UPR-1 bolt action upper.
The Lantec BCG has a modified gas key which must be there to block direct gas blowback if it is inserted into a receiver with a gas tube.
There must be some force of the gas against this key.
I haven't shot my DIY bolt modification yet.
