See how much brass shaving residue has accumulated around one edge of your ejector channel rim?
On looking closer at your other picture, it appears that there is a raised surface around the ejector channel edge on the bolt face.
Those sharp edges are shearing a lot of brass of the case heads, and that shaved brass is being driven down into the ejector channel with each cycling of the action when cycling ammo.
I would carefully take that edge off of the ejector channel and polish the bolt face.
This is a common trick on custom guns for High Power, in addition to extractor tuning, ejector radiating and polishing, lapping the lugs into the extension, etc.
