Problem with my Group Buy Bolt - stuck ejector

I’ve got 125 rounds on this bolt and tonight during a hunt the rifle experienced a number of failures I.e. jams

At the end of the hunt after having tried multiple magazines I inspected the bolt and identified the source of the problem.

Jammed / Stuck ejector , fully below the bolt face

I’ve never had this malfunction in an aR15 before
