Need help identifying a bullet

That headstamp rules out the possibility of it being a Winchester SilverTip, as does the fact that the bullet lacks an aluminum-covered (SilverTip) nose.

(Unless it's reloaded), which in these parts is as likely as not. No way to know for sure. I was skeptical of the factory status at first due to the nickel primer... learned now that's not a good indicator either.
