I'm certain that all regions and states have their ills that we might normally associate with CA's political silliness, and that some CA residents view the ongoing politics in CA with considerable disdain. So, I'm not painting everyone the same color. But Idaho is growing leaps and bounds, and some believe this is largely because of CA transplants.
NJ is actually the only state with a law mandating that only gas station attendants can pump gas 24/7. Oregon has loosened their law regarding this.
