AAC 762-SD Opinions Anyone?

I will chime in here (not to step on varibles toes )
we run 308 cans on every CF gun down to 223 .. and hear no difference in a 223 dedicated can and a 308 can .. on a 223 .. No hearing protection at all not crack at the shooter.. all noise is downrange
