I have to wonder what the cost is to be a SAMMI Grendel barrel maker? are the tools just more expensive? is there a fee to someone and whats the fee? is it per barrel, per tool? and who is to stop a tool maker to make a correct tool and just use it? who actually moniters this stuff?
