Well.......about this part..... When i was brand new to building AR's not that many years ago, i was using it to attach a suppressor break to a new build. I had read, use one or two drops. Well, if one or two is good, 3 or 4 is probably better, right? Well, being new to building I was having some problems and decided to disassemble and re go at it. Well, that muzzle break ain't coming off. Soaking for one day....two days....three days.... Beating on it with a brass hammer. No such luck. Finally took a breaker bar and a pipe for a cheater and a really, really tight clamp in the vice.
I don't think i would use it on a gas block unless i was absolutely certain of the assembly, and absolutely certain i wasn't going to ever change anything. I would think it would be even harder to reverse a GB than it might be a muzzle device! But, it would probably dang sure be good for that job, if those conditions are met!
