Lemme see here. I have had one failure in .223 with Tula. I have had zero failures with 6.5G. I have of course shot more 223/5.56.
I'd say your only issue with the 6.5G for equivalent reliability is magazines. There are no magazines for the 6.5G that I would call high capacity. A 60 round drum or even coupling a couple 40 rounders together gives the other cartridges an advantage. Having 80 reliable rounds on board is more reliability than 50.
