Here you go a handguard. These are as light as a simple float tube, but have rails. I have one on my 5.45 upper.

As for stocks. I dig the Fab-Defense GL-Shock stock. It's spring loaded to dampen recoil, and it comes with an adjustable comb.

The RRA trigger isn't bad at all either.
And I would suggest an upper with M4 cuts.
