Hats off to Bill Geissle

I Have a SD3G that I bought for my build a couple of years ago, I like a trigger that is at home on the bench as well as in the field. Not knowing what I know now, I decided to IMPROVE the trigger to my liking. Long story short I made the trigger completely unsafe to shoot, in any rifle. I removed the trigger and put it in the parts bin. After about a year, I reached out to the guys at Geissle triggers and told them what I had done. They responded with a work order # and said they would take a look. I told them that I was willing to pay for new parts and labor to fix the trigger. The Tech had called and left me a message confirming my fears. They said the trigger was not fixable, He continued to say that they were going to send me a new trigger, and NOT to MODIFY the trigger in any way or it would VOID my warranty. I truly thought that when I sent it in, they were going to tell me Oh well, your F*ck up, not our problem. As I had to listen to the message 2 times just to make sure what I was hearing was correct. It has been a long time to find a company that makes good on there mistake, BUT much let alone, one on my part. This TRULEY tells me that Bill Geissle and crew are truly a company that I will do nothing but BRAG them up one side and down the other. Not only did they send me a new set up, but included a swag bag on top of it all. Mr Geissle has a customer for life and one that will do nothing but tell all who will listen what a fantastic Company they run!!!! I wish I had more AR's as they would be they trigger of choice for all my rifles.
I wish he would think about making a bow release……
