I Have a SD3G that I bought for my build a couple of years ago, I like a trigger that is at home on the bench as well as in the field. Not knowing what I know now, I decided to IMPROVE the trigger to my liking. Long story short I made the trigger completely unsafe to shoot, in any rifle. I removed the trigger and put it in the parts bin. After about a year, I reached out to the guys at Geissle triggers and told them what I had done. They responded with a work order # and said they would take a look. I told them that I was willing to pay for new parts and labor to fix the trigger. The Tech had called and left me a message confirming my fears. They said the trigger was not fixable, He continued to say that they were going to send me a new trigger, and NOT to MODIFY the trigger in any way or it would VOID my warranty. I truly thought that when I sent it in, they were going to tell me Oh well, your F*ck up, not our problem. As I had to listen to the message 2 times just to make sure what I was hearing was correct. It has been a long time to find a company that makes good on there mistake, BUT much let alone, one on my part. This TRULEY tells me that Bill Geissle and crew are truly a company that I will do nothing but BRAG them up one side and down the other. Not only did they send me a new set up, but included a swag bag on top of it all. Mr Geissle has a customer for life and one that will do nothing but tell all who will listen what a fantastic Company they run!!!! I wish I had more AR's as they would be they trigger of choice for all my rifles.
I wish he would think about making a bow release

Yeah, I'm sure you know more than companies that manufacture triggers to "make it better." You are lucky that companies will replace something you messed up.
Leave the bubba gunsmithing to the professionals.

Gee that's pretty much what he confessed to and the conclusion he came to also. And all without your help or judgement. Huh.
To the OP, that is an awesome customer service story. Definitely a stand up company!

Geissele's CS sometimes makes you wonder if he doesn't sit waiting for opportunities to take care of his customers.
I've spoken with him at SHOT, and he's a very good guy.

These are the only triggers I will buy now. Have a few different models, with a total of 9 Geissele and 1 Rock River.

Geissele is an extremely top notch company, with as much stuff as he donates to Cola Warrior, I'm surprised he makes a profit. Although he does a good job at planting the seed, which grows into more Geissele stuff in my safe.
Also, I've never seen a nicer optic mount than the Super Precision mount. It's insanely well made.

Yup!! They are a great bunch of guys. Just talked to them last week about a trigger for hogs and came up with the SD3G and it will dump ammo just as fast as you can pull the trigger just like they said. Heck of a trigger and a heck of a bunch of nice helpful guys and gals. Just wanted to agree with the OP. Never will use any other trigger. BANG BANG!!
