You stated the 2nd amendment says nothing about a tyrannical government yet it clearly states the "security of a free state" thus you must consider a tyrannical government a free state since you see nothing in there about a tyrannical government. Lastly if people in government disregard the Constitution it is not the citizens creating an insurrection it is the people in government who are creating the insurrection thus the militia can put down the insurrection by the people in government.
