You don't need a special wrench if you have a barrel extension torque tool.
The Seekins barrel nut has parallel flats so you can screw it on hand tight and then put it in a vise with the barrel pointing at the floor. The flats of the Seekins barrel nut is what the vice is clamping. Then introduce the torque tool from the top through the receiver. Then the torque wrench on that.
You could also go for more stability by sourcing a 3" wide piece of steel plate and screw holes down the centreline so it fixes to the bottom of the handguard. 3" wide is a standard so there will be plenty of bench rests made for this width. The weight of the plate will also help keep it down during recoil. Then unscrew it for hunting.
