I you want more performance than the Grendel then why not step up to one that offers you what you want without having to modify it. In my opinion if it it is not a saami spec chamber it is not a Grendel.

If you do continue down this road do me a favor. If it doesn't shoot, or feed or your Grendel dies don't work; whatever it may be. Don't blame the 6.5 Grendel.
He's doing a bolt gun, not an AR15, and only wants to shoot VLD shaped projectiles.
