you might look to spritnas 264 LBC barrel for a cost cutter build-- if their still on sale with the slick guns discount code. i built one of their 20"s very accurate and ran out of the box with 7.62x39 bolt.
the other rout would be to go with the AA barrel and deep bolt it does cost a bit more but it is a more high end part. thats the one in the shop aa link .
generally it is tough to get a decent 6.5 ar barrel for much under two bones-- it can be done from time to time if your in the right place at the right time.
