I would start 1 grain lower and work up. The load differences between small magnum primer Lapua/Hornady and large primer Wolf is minimal, with the caveat being that the Wolf brass will not hold up as well and the primer pockets will loosen within 5-6 rounds max, or even earlier, at least in my experience.

I looked up the WSR primers just to double check and they arent magnums they are just normal small rifle.

So what is the difference between a small rifle and a large rifle primer? Id really like to be able to use the 95gr vmax and the 120gr hornady amax. The problem is that in the hornady book for the grendel, its only published w/ the WSR primer data.
