I don't like how Texas structures property tax…never seem to truly own your property…

But I only pay approx $70 for my truck registration…last time I was stationed in AZ they were paying approx $800 for registration. Has it changed?

AZ also kept coming after me for not paying state income taxes (I was officially a Texas resident while stationed there).

In the end all the states are going to get their money…which is best?…certainly not CA!…move out and regain some rights!

Not Kruggerands! If you are buying gold, at least buy US gold. BUT...silver is a better deal. Shaving a Kruggerand to buy ammo is nigh impossible.

There is plenty of silver coin that will make it much easier.

The margin on Kruggerands is significantly lower, the risk of counterfeit Kruggerands is lower... and, of late, a case (a real case, not those 200rd boxes) of Grendel is about the same as a Kruggerand :-)

Looks like MSR hunting will be continuing in 2014 California with unregistered AR's. In fact this liberal/commie bill will backfire and will drive the popularity of the MSR platform even more. Other Semi automatic firearms will need to be registered because they can not dissemble the action. The AR will be easy because the action can be taken apart so easily. No work around will be possible for the AK or other semi auto hunting rifles. So more and more people will make AR's from 80% lowers and use this option to stay off the books and hunt. In other words the MSR platform will be even more popular next year.

If by opposite, you mean that their intent was to get rid of AR's and leave all of the other rifles alone, then you may have a point. But do you really believe that their intent was only to get rid of AR's and leave the rest alone?

They are already going beyond AR-15s. The facade is gone. They are now after ALL semi-auto rifles with detachable magazines. Including rim fire.
