Well holy cow... hard to believe almost 2 years have passed... and working crazy hours, I have finally prevailed in my efforts! Replacement barrel indeed did the trick, as well as replacing the muzzle device with a Griffin Taper Mount Tac comp.. this thing shoots lights out, and is apparently EXTREMELY insensitive to most loads I threw at it.

Super happy with the build, it ran like a sewing machine/tack driver. I am a bit concerned with the 28.5gr of XBR load being thrown around all over this forum, that is WAY above reality for this barrel, just a PSA for what it's worth.
Factory Load Info:
#81528 123gr Hornady ELD / 2480fps / 0.6 MOA
Hand Load info:
It likes the following loads (for hunting), all with CCI41 primers
27.4gr 8208XBR / 120gr Speer / 2415fps / OAL 2.260 / Elander mag
29.6gr A2520 / 120gr Speer / 2400fps / OAL 2.260 / Elander mag
29.4gr A2520 / 123gr SST / 2475fps / OAL 2.250 / Elander mag
28.5gr A2520 / 123gr SST / 2410fps / OAL 2.250 / Elander mag
It does appear 2.250 seems to be more favorable for speed and did not seem to affect group size, I have more hand loads to test but very promising results so far.
Did not like:
Nosler in any recipe, just terrible groups.

It definitely seems 2500fps is the speed limit for this barrel.
