And can you shoot them all through an AR chambered for Grendel 6.5?

mkjack: What jwilson1985 posted were most or all the available Grendel chamber knockoffs and the original SAAMI spec. chamber( 6.5 Grendel with .300" neck).

All the factory ammo available is 6.5 Grendel ammo and seems to work in most of the chambers although with the new Wolf ammo coming out( soon I hope), I'm not sure how it will work with the knockoff Grendel chambers as it wasn't tested with them.

I personally stay with the SAAMI spec. chamber so I know everything will work but that is my personal preference.

The knockoffs were brought out to either get around the trademark of AA of the official 6.5 Grendel chamber or because people thought the knockoffs might be more accurate.

I don't think there is any proven truth to the improved accuracy thinking as I have SAAMI spec. Grendel chambers that shoot .25- .30 MOA accuracy so how much better could the knockoffs be.

I think people are arguing too often over minor variations in a bunch of great cartridges. Sure, there are variations in them, but overall, the entire group of cartridges are really great. They all do wonderful things in an AR15 type rifle.

For shooting steel plates at practical rifle matches, I think the Grendel, and it's variants are the perfect "medicine".
