Optic: SIG Romeo5X red dot (notice how the battery compartment is neatly incorporated into the mount, not sticking out all ugly like others)
Weapon light: O-Light PL-Pro Valkyrie (like the light, but am torn about the location; handguard conveniently has rails at 12 o'clock and the position is perfect for thumb operation when gripping the weapon, but it does obscure the sight picture a bit. Might get a mount that moves it off to the 1:30 position.)

This little beast lives near our bed — in case something goes bump in the night. Now that the suppressor has arrived, I can save our lives while also saving my hearing.

Bought this Howa mini a couple weeks ago and immediately ordered bottom metal from Hokey. I hate protruding mags on bolt actions, and for my needs a BDL bottom works better. I love it!
