Upper receiver for build

I keep seeing a wide range of prices for upper stripped receivers. How much difference is there in accuracy between them?
I am not interested in looks/ finish. I just want an accurate rifle.

I agree. I guess i need to get out more or something. It seems like every other week i hear a new to me name of a ar manufacturer.
