Precision Firearms bolt update

I was at Precision Firearms today and Mark said bolts are shipping out as soon as he can get parts and get them put together. He said all order sould be filled next week or the week after. He did not have mine done but was working on them. VERY NICE and no need to worry about how thick the coatings are.

We have all the parts - just takes a bit of time to get them together. With the 14 inches Snow today and tomorrow - UPS is not picking up or delivering in our area.

About 80 were shipped so far.

Got most of my order today. Talked to Mark and he will be sending the remainder of my order within the next two weeks. He said there is also a gun show this weekend they have been prepping for.

I just put my order in only a relatively short time ago (3 days). I am excited to be getting such a masterpiece. I'm also very happy to find out that you shop is located in WV. I grew up there back in the early seventies. Just a few miles west in Slainsville WV, my grandparents still live there. It will be like getting a souvenir from my old home place. Sure is beautiful. We are running out of the first batch of Super Match Extractors for the Grendel Super Match Bolts. Our next batch will be in about 2 weeks. We have plenty of Phalanx (Black Nitride) extractors. For those who ordered Super Match bolts and wanting their bolts faster and don't care about getting the Extractors in Nickel Boron, then please email me at pf15@pf15.com and let us know and we will get them out. Again these are Super Match bolts with Phalanx extractors. I don't see any performance issues at all mixing these.

The bolts and BCG's I received have tuned extractors, and the extractors appear to be nitrided. A lot of attention to detail was paid on these components.

I bought a BCG and bolt from PF as well, the quality and finish are amazing. From what you have seen is it even necessary to polish the extractor on these?

I wouldn't touch a thing on the extractor, as I can see they have been tuned already, then treated with some process afterwards. There aren't sharp corners on them like on a lot of production extractors. I have 5 of them here right now, and they are all like that.

They should be ready to rock out of the gate.
