Alexander Arms is the only place I know of that has 9/16 washers, although not sure if they sell them individually. A washer comes with their 9/16 A2 birdcage flash hider.

YHM 308 (5/8) washers work fine. I think MidwayUSA sells 'em.

DPMS 308 washers are larger, and too big for 9/16 in my opinion. The larger outside diameter usually looks out of place with 9/16 muzzle devices.
