Hunt report from last weeks trip to Dallas.

Hi Vile Horde.

DG and I flew in from Atlanta on Monday morning...
Rented a truck and drove to Hunters Creek Ranch in Mount Vernon, Tx. It is about 120 mile drive from Love Field.

This is the second time we have hunted here in 6 months......very nice professional people.

We both shot nice pigs that night. Mine was the first kill with the Grendel and my new XM 38 scope.

The second night much the same....both of us killed pigs very early.... I spent the rest of the evening playing with my scope looking at my dead pig.

Wednesday night, Double Naught Spy drove down to break bread with us and do some spotting for me...

As luck would have it we saw 8 or 10 pigs, but no shots that I was comfortable with.

We came in at 8:00 pm and had a delightful dinner......DNS drove home....

Left at 0800 for Love Field to return to Atlanta.

This hunt we only killed 4 pigs, last hunt we killed 6 or 8

Coming back this summer to fish for garfish and shoot pigs if this Covid 19 settles down

Not flying any commercial carriers for a while.

It was so much fun..... Meeting Double Naught Spy was the highlight of the hunt by far.

Just a little side note about DNS.....Do not leave your oatmeal cookies unprotected
around him.

This Covid 19 scares the crap out of me...

Once it dies down, we will see if we can put a hunt together....
