Turret scopes?

On my 7mm I have a Leupold VX-3L with the CDS dial built to my load, what do others use? I thought about getting a 2-7 for my grendel and get a dial ground for it, thoughts? Are there any scopes that happen to be right on the ballistics?

The problem with this theory is you will be stuck with one load. The way the grendel loads has evolved within the last year I think it would be waisting good money. A year ago 2520 was what most thought was the greatest powders for the grendel. Now leverlution, ar and 8208 are the hot ones. Go with a long range turret and a good balistic program you will be a lot less frustrated in the end.
