OK, so which sunglasses?

Back in the day we used to carry cheap mirrored sunglasses (to protect against nuclear flash dont you know.). Now I wear Rx Costa
del Mar polarised sunglasses with the side thingy to keep stray light out. I see all the guys wearing shades while shooting. Whats best? Which coler lenses best for hunting? Thanks

If you want to feel like all your shots are gonna hit the X-ring, or that you'll nail a record buck, I suggest rose colored.

I like Smiths with polarized lenses. They are the most scratch-resistant that I have used. Watch Steep and Cheap, Campmor, and other places for closeouts. Amber lenses tend to brighten things up, but I usually use gray tinted lenses.

I like Eagle Eyes. Been wearing them for years. They really make colors more vivid and cut the UV extremely well.

But to protect my eyes for powder burns, and help me see through mist, rain and bright sunlight into a dark grotto a pair of $10 sunglasses is good enough. It's such a personal issue that it really is tough. I wear Oakleys almost exclusively, with 4 different pairs I have accumulated over the years, each with a different lens.

There are some new lenses and glasses I'd like to try, including some of the goggle type the military guys are using.
