I am surprised they had a person shoot this directly.
Here is a picture of when I tested my manual AR without a buffer spring or buffer.

There is one suppressor they test in that video that has a helical core that has hexagonal holes through it, the gas gets to the end of the tube and turns back on itself. Smarter Everyday has several other really cool videos with firearms!
