Side charge uppers

That's the problem with our generation, confidence, having pride in your work is no longer respected, people now seem to be threatened by it.

Thanks for that Cory its appreciated. Now for some other news about side charger uppers we will be releasing our new AR10 dpms pattern side charger upper shortly. Next week we start testing, its almost identical to the AR15 upper but beefed up a bit. No prices as yet and hope to offer it with a matching billet lower.

Sh** I'll make one of those in my shop while the boss is out and save bucks.

Can't wait to see it and I know it will be great like your other products. One thing I want everyone to know who doesn't already, QA's bolt carriers are made for side changers, not modifed for. There are no forward assist notches, no dust cover recess and most importantly, it is drilled & tapped before the heat treat & coating and beefier than the YHM at the front of the carrier. QA carrier is thicker all the way around and the charge handle is moved rearward on the carrier, 1/2" or so and its not a 1/4" from the end of the carrier making it weaker. Again my observation from having one and until I did, I would not have known.

If ridgerider would like to give me a deal that would make me think going with MEGA or any other product is a bad deal I might
consider his product. However, all rigrider has said is my product is better. Well every manufacturer is going to say their
product is better. Prove it by giving a good deal on pricing and customer support. Dont just tell me my widgit is better than yours
entice me to purchase your product with good pricing and maybe good deals on group buys. 350 - 450 USD is not a deal.

Tell me why you deserve a better deal over everybody else does shell bp give you a break when you fill your tank with their gas. Dont think so. Our upper is a purpose built upper not a billet upper modified after the fact which still requires the end user to purchase a charging handle to stop the gas hitting you in the face. So a Mega upper is $105 charging handle $20 young manufacturing bolt and carrier $265 total $390 plus postage. Tell me are they giving you a break? at least with my offer you are getting the Upper less a 223 bolt which you will not need if you are building a Grendel. Are you a dealer if so if you purchase more that just one then you are entitled to dealer pricing dealers take a risk in every purchase they make that they will sell it, you are just trying to get dealer pricing without the dealer responsibilities that come with being a dealer and that is my 2 cents just saying.

Megas are $136 at the cheapest place unless your a dealer. And now there sold out again. Oh, and no carriers...

No need to explain, I think some people feel they deserve something for nothing. You will never know if a Cadilac is a good ride if you keep driving your Hundi.

I run a Fulton on my 6.8 ARP. It's not fancy but it functions flawlessly. I was concerned about some slop in the extension fit, but it's a shooter despite my fears.

I don't think i deserve a better deal. I think everyone deserves a better deal. If your widgit is is the best model on the market entice everyone to move to your product by giving them a deal that would make them say ah thats a good offer i will go for that new widgit. Just saying your widgit is better is not enticement or proof that it is a better widgit. I dont know if your product is good, bad or indifferent. But telling me that what i selected to do my build is not as good or as affordable as your widgit is xxxxxx. Well i wont say what it is . But if your widgit is better i am not opposed to you offering the forum a good deal on your widgit at a price point that we could all afford so we could make a fair evaluation of yours and other side charger widgits. As a matter of fact if your side charger is a better widgit great congratulations on making a great product.

RR please dont get offended. I just dont think you have proven your product is better.
I would love to test your product and verify and test it aginst other Side Charger uppers.
Your product and the crosshill technologies are kind of expensive for me to test all of them
so unless the price is more affordable that wont happen. Most people I know that build AR
cant spend 400+ bucks at one time on a single item and if they have to they will save up
so a 400+ price point is out of many peoples abillity. so spliting up the cost is what most people
do which is what I will do.
