I have Beowulfs but not a short barrel. It can't be even a 12". So what is on the end? Is it 8" with suppress??? Or is it shorter than that. Pistol Gas system? Piston?

Its actually a 12" barrel shortened to 10.5" with a custom made barrel stabilizing vented shroud..and its a direct impingement gas system

I want a BW so bad, have a ton of parts sitting here ready for a big bore build, but cannot find a barrel for one. Really do not want to spend some big coin on an AA upper so I can strip it and build it the way I want.

So does the 10.5" barrel have a "Permanently" pinned stabilizer and you had to get tax stamped?? What is the OAL of the barrel? How does it kick???

Thanx...the barrel stabilizer is not permanently pinned to the barrel..it is threaded on so you can take it off at anytime..And yes i had to get a SBR NFA Tax stamp from the ATF..The OAL on the barrel with the stabilizer is 10.70" long..The kick on it feels like a .308 with a very loud boom and huge muzzle flash

Jean, is that a pistol gas system? Does it cycle reliably?
