Man, Im on the verge of getting one. The old lady is gonna be pissed though. She just picked up my Grendel from the dealer today. I cant wait to get home and try her out. The grendel I mean.

It looks like you should be able to. I found some at Cabelas and Ableammo.com. It disnt say out of stock so.....

I am glad Beo ammo is available again. I was hot to get one a couple of years ago but no ammo or brass was around. If I find my Grendel is inadaquate for my hunting I'll look for a beo gain. Let us know how things turn out.

I own both a Beowulf and a Grendel. Got the Beowulf in 2-2008. Midway was backordered but said they would get them in June. I ordered it that day so I would be on the list. They shipped mine the day I ordered and I got it 3 days later. I use the Beowulf as a semiauto 45-70. I only push the 385gr Remington bullet 1700fps and it stays in an inch and a half all day. Now when I replace the lousy DPMS trigger with a Timney or Jard it should do much better. My Grendel upper is a 24in SAOD but I havn't shot it yet. Got it the end of June but I have been down in Florida all summer caring for Mom and Dad. They both passed away in August and I got home a few days ago. Any help with load data for the Grendel would be helpful. I'm starting with H335 and IMR8208 and will stick with 120-123gr bullets and then a few a little heavier like the 129gr Hornady for deer.

Have both and love both. I use my Grendel for long range plinking (and hopefully for a deer or two this year) and my Beowulf for bear hunting here in VA. I got both of mine back when ammunition was fairly scarce (~2006) so I load all of my own, but apparently they both are starting to see improvement in that aspect. I highly recommend both.

I ended up buying both rifles from AA. I havent seen them though, Im still in the desert until Mid Oct. I also brought a Viper scope for the Grendel. I havent got sights for the Beowulf yet but Im thinking of an EOTECH with a magnifer, or an Aimpoint with a Magnifier.
Looking forward to shooting them.

I have both and use the same lower. I reload so bullets aren't an issue.

I usually use the 300gr Hornady XTP and It is sighted in for 5 inches high at 100 yards and dead on at 200.

I have a Grendel and will have a Beowulf as soon as it arrives. I've been impatiently awaiting it for almost two months.

I am new to the forum and just posted a few pics in Gallery of 6.5 & Beowulfs I have for sale/taking to a local gun show... If you need ammo, I might be able to help... my father (retired Air Force) makes custom ammo for 6.5 & 50B ... we even make 550 grn beowulf; I think we have just about any 50B round you may want, we try to keep on stock since I sell the rifles. I build/sale the guns and he makes/sells the ammo ;>)
