I finally got the MILSPEC components all together at the same time.

I never use anything but the best components, you get noses with the proper durometer rating, proper tubes, pads and of course the best weight material I can possibly buy.

I cannot get the weights to do this without resorting to high priced materials.

It is not the weight of the buffer body that needs to be high, it is the internal weight that is important.

The WCI H3G buffer weighs 155grams and is perfect for the Grendel and or Full Auto usage.

Hi, I'm building my first Grendel and am looking for the best buffer for a full length stock. Any help would be appreciated.

Standard rifle buffer (5.2 oz.) with rifle-length recoil spring, Chrome Silicon. Also use an M16 weight carrier.

I forgot to mention I already have the upper built with an Adams Arms Gas System. Should I still go with the standard buffer?

Rifle buffer is the right weight, a H3G is a carbine buffer.
