That looks really nice!! With that fit on a cut liberty barrel rethreaded to 5/8X24? As in the barrel thickness?

It is sized for the .925 muzzle.
We are working on another version in the .720 muzzle.

Similar to the JP Bennie Cooley comp. Any plans for .740 muzzle?.....would fit my lilja group buy barrel.

That's the bottom of the brake and the offset holes on the top should reduce/eliminate torque caused by bullet spin and muzzle rise for faster follow up shots

I'm a little surprised that PF determined that the mild hitting 6.5 Grendel needed a torque offset to the upper ports. Perhaps on a lighter, Carbine length platform the effects are more noticeable, but I feel absolutely no torque effects on my 20" table queen.
Do you have any idea what the price is going to be? Also looking for one in .740 5/8-24.

ok, never saw one like that and was wondering if that was the bottom to prevent downward gasses....sounds good I guess but seems as of it would be evenly distributed...

It's not about the need, the amount of torque offset is minimal. If we didn't allow for it, we would have gotten called out for it, right? Anyway the "seat of the pants" feel is different than the high speed snap that translates into barrel harmonics being disturbed. Hey, it doesn't hurt anything, does it? Ports on top are going to be needed, why not offset it and in the process eject the gas out of the middle sight line of scope.

Very true, Mark - the offset does no harm, and they are very good looking brakes, regardless.

Actually I think its cool because people will ask "Where did you get that?". And the gas off ports off to the side out of the FOV is a great idea.
