Handzguard options

Working on a Grendel AR build. I intend on using a White Oak Armament Varmint handguard and barrel nut like my .223 build I like the fact that I can more easily and accurately torque the barrel nut because the gas tube goes over the barrel nut, not through it. Are there other handguard/barrel nut options that the gas tube does not have to pass through?
