Can they legally block the sale of gun parts??

I guess we will know for sure tomorrow what the head prick has in mind....

My immediate concern is that i have some parts on order with Midway usa.

Being that " legally" the gun is just the lower receiver, i wonder if the obamahole can now legally block the sale of freefloat handguards or barrels or bolt carriers, thus preventing me from finishing my upper?.....

If he does, he is going to harm a lot of businesses.... no that he cares.

But can he really get away with banning the sale of items that are clearly "not guns"?????

I'd say you are likely okay on that front for now.

The gun banners know exceptionally little about firearms (except that they are bahahahaad), and so it takes the wonderful BATFE to interpret their ignorantly passed laws for them.

They normally lack the foresight to go after parts up front. That's BATFE's job to interpret later after the law is passed. Replacement parts for leglly owned weapons are still legal to date.

BATFE has went after importation of parts to a degree, as they can screw with imports much more easily, but domestic parts will likely survive for a while longer.
