No AR at Sandy?

Saw a video of an officer clearing what looks to be a shotgun from the trunk of a car that was supposedly the killer's. Anybody else see/hear this?

I agree, I watched the early coverage of Sandy Hook and heard the report of an AR found in the truck of the madman's car. There were a lot of reports coming out and it was a mixed bag of facts and supposition. I didn't hear about the AR being used in the massacre until the next day. Now the water is muddied and no matter the truth the AR is the media focus. Unfortunately, the media can't be trusted. Each network has there own agenda and a legion of spin doctors to promote that agenda regardless of the facts.

This fits the Democratic National Committee's Agenda and they are going to use this tragedy to further that agenda. If you recall at the Democratic National Convention it was part of their platform to reinstate the assault weapons and high capacity magazine ban.

Write, email and phone your government representatives. Let them know our opposition and do it often!

The Saiga-12 that was pulled from the trunk had a huge Saiga-12 mag that the officer removed from it, and also appeared to have a thumbhole stock. If it was in the trunk, it plausibly wasn't the weapon used if the weapon was with the shooter and the shooter killed himself.

The initial reports said several handguns were recovered, then the Medical Examiner said the injuries were all from a "long gun", which was then said to be an AR15. The Police Chief then said they would prosecute anyone putting out false information about this investigation, to include posting on the internet.

I'm still waiting on the follow-up to the other person or persons who were arrested behind the school, because I watched the aerial video of that clearly, and there were parents who stated on camera that the police walked a guy with camouflage pants in handcuffs to one of their squad cars and placed him inside. As he walked by, he said to the parents:

"It wasn't me. It wasn't me."

It doesn't matter what was used its not any less of a tragedy and the media/liberals would use it as an excuse to go after guns the gun grabbers will use any excuse they can find
